Overland Park, Kansas Distributor, Incentives International, Inc. has acquired Midwest Premiums and Promotions. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

For 40 years, Midwest Premiums and Promotions have worked in the premium products and incentive awards business, most recently serving a client base of more than 200. The company was based in Overland Park, Kansas. Former owner Stephen Dudley will remain with the company and play an active role in driving future direction along with Ted Fuehr.
